Pipe Burst in Attic

A water line burst in this customers attic and flooded both the upstairs and downstairs living space. Both areas were fully finished. Our emergency mitigation team responded to extract water and cleanup debris that was caused by fallen ceiling and insulation. After a few days of running our drying equipment and completing all necessary demo for unsalvageable materials we returned the home to its dry condition. Following the mitigation we were selected to complete all home repairs from this loss. The photos are a great example of the work we can complete. Our office will also handle home repairs that are not associated with an insurance claim or fire and water damage.
