Fire damaged crystal from a home in Jonesboro, AR. These were cleaned by hand using SERVPRO cleaning products. We must handle crystal very carefully. There are many facts about crystal breaking without reason. With fire damage the heat alone could have caused some hairline cracks that could completely break through when cleaned with water. There are many ways crystal will break but we always want our customers to know this in the beginning. To prepare for transport to our warehouse for cleaning we pack all breakable items with bubble wrap and paper to secure them tightly into a box. Certain times the items may need to be returned quickly and our pack out inventory software makes this an easy task to locate items within our warehouse.
