We are seeking those who have a positive attitude, are team players, and are willing to put in extra hours when need be. Our work environment is very active as production employees are always on the go. Production employees respond to emergency water and fire damages, complete mold remediation, and much more. While you may be assigned a job and return to that job daily until it is completed, our workload doesn't keep you in the same place week after week or month after month, as a factory would. We have a competitive pay rate. We have bonuses that apply as well to various situations. While overtime is controlled as much as possible, our industry and workload sometimes can't control overtime. 2015 National Convention

SERVPRO of Jonesboro recently attended the 46th annual national convention with over 3,000 business owners and employees. The convention was held at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago. While there we attended multiple workshops that will help us grow our business and learn from other owners on what works and what we may could change to improve a certain job process. Our office received multiple awards to include the Rolex & First Time Millionaire award for achieving a volume milestone, 15 year service award, double volume award and the Millionaire's Platinum award. As an owner I recognize the fact that these achievements could not have been possible without the committment of our employees, their families and the hard work throughout the year.

EPA Lead Certification Number

Did you know that all vendors in our industry must carry the Federal Lead training for the Renovation, Repair & Painting Rule? Any business that disturbs more than 6sqft of painted surface is required by law to have this certification. SERVPRO of Jonesboro is a Lead Safe Certified Firm with the EPA and all of our employees carry an individual certification. Any home built prior to 1978 REQUIRES a lead test for painted surfaces, which are to be disturbed or removed. The ONLY people exempt from this federal law are those who own their home and do the work themselves. As you can see the law is for many business types; painters, drywall contractors, plumbers, electricians, kitchen/bath remodel contractors, property managers, landlords and the list goes one. Truck Wrap

Due to an overwhelming positive year in 2014 we were able to add two new vehicles to better service our customers and their job response times. We added a Kia Soul for our Sales & Marketing division, we added a Ford Transit Connect for our Construction Manager and the Owners F250 now has a full wrap for moving billboard advertising.
