We have been very pleased with SERVPRO in the mitigation phase which has just been completed. In fact, so pleased that we are also planning to have SERVPRO do the restoration as well. The SERVPRO office staff and on-site personnel were prompt, professional, courteous, and attentive to our concerns. They clearly explained the process throughout the job.
