SERVPRO of Jonesboro supports first responders through Public Service Hero Awards along with food and drinks. Recognizing the hard work and dedication of police officers, firefighters, and EMTs/ paramedics is essential, as they play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the community. Celebrating their efforts boosts their moral as well as their sacrifices made by their families. 

SERVPRO had the opportunity to support Jeri Barrientos as she safely landed in Jonesboro during the 48th Air Force Race of 2023. Jeri brought awareness to Human Trafficking as she was interviewed by the Rotary club of Jonesboro and KAIT8 news. 

Vanessa Adams is the director of Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library, she allowed the Rotary Club of Jonesboro to present books to the library as part of the literary project. SERVPRO assisted Rotary in placing Rotary stickers in the books.

Pops and his wife were having their 65th wedding anniversary and Mickey Felts, our sales and marketing manager, sent Pops a new cap and his wife Nan a SERVPRO flyswatter in celebration. Thanks for your support Pops and wear it proudly!

SERVPRO of Jonesboro is proud to announce Kim Easter's completion of 14 wonderful years. She is currently the office manager and has done an outstanding job.

Kim holds certifications with the IICRC for Water Damage Restoration, and Fire Damage Restoration. When she is not working hard, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves to cook and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys!
