SERVPRO vans at a residence in Batesville, AR handling fire damage that occurred as the customer was on the phone with a family member.

These particular sponges are used to collect soot off of the walls of your home after a fire has occurred. The bottom sponge shows the sponge in normal condition. The middle sponge was used in the dining room to collect a sample that was closest to the kitchen where the fire took place. The top sponge was used in the living room which is further than the dining room. Each sponge shows indications that the smoke traveled throughout the home and smog was left on surfaces throughout the home.
